Yuvraj Singh Nain

I’m Yuvraj Singh Nain, an artist fascinated by the idea of creating something extraordinary out of the smallest things. My journey lies at the intersection of art, engineering, and curiosity. After completing my B.Tech in Mechatronics from MIT Manipal, I’m currently pursuing an LL.B. at the University of Delhi, while continuing to explore new possibilities through my art.

I create microsculptures by carving intricate designs on pencil tips, turning something as ordinary as a pencil into a tiny canvas. I also create thread portraits using thousands of nails and meters of fine thread, where every strand plays a part in bringing a face to life.

With three registered records in the India Book of Records and my artwork reaching collectors internationally, I continue to challenge myself to create things that seem almost impossible at first glance.

For me, art is about patience, experimentation, and the joy of making the impossible possible. Whether it’s a sculpture smaller than a fingertip or a portrait built from thousands of Nails and a continuous thread, I want every piece to make people pause, look closer, and see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
